User registration is completely free on DealMeGood site. If you use DealMeGood, you agree that you will be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password, further restricting access to your computer, you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that happen on your account. DealMeGood reserves the right to refuse the service or product, terminate the account, block access, modify privileges, remove or modify content, cancel orders at its sole discretion.

Online Payment
In order to facilitate payments for deals/ Coupons purchased by You through Website, DealMeGood offers an online payment gateway facility that will facilitate You to make payments in respect thereof to DealMeGood using netbanking, credit/debit card account or any other mode acceptable and made available to the users from time to time, subject to Your complete acceptance and adherence to the terms and conditions hereof as well as the terms and conditions of the website of the payment gateway service providers.

Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy
Recharges and Bill Payments: Orders once placed, will not be allowed to cancel and no refund will be issued. It is your responsibility to key in the right mobile number, datacard number or DTH subscriber number when recharging. DealMeGood will not be held responsible for an incorrect mobile number or DTH account number entered. DealMeGood suggests you to check your order information twice before making your payment. On the other hand, if for any reason, the payment was made i.e. your credit card, debit card or bank account was charged but you did not receive the recharge or the payment was made but the recharge amount requested was marked as an invalid by the operator then a Claimable Voucher of the transaction value will be issued to you within 24 hours, which can be claimed by visiting the website within the stipulated validity of the voucher. Note the information related to recharge vouchers, special packs, rate cutters, plans and its related offering on the site is only a guide and should be verified with the operator before making any purchases. DealMeGood will not be held responsible or liable for up to date details on the plan pricing and offering. This topic applies equally well to the bill payment service as well. Since recharge and bill payment services are digitally or electronically delivered, the same cannot be returned back on any condition. DealMeGood is only a reseller of such services.

Note: If for any technical reasons, the user is not able to claim Mobile and DTH vouchers issued by Deal me Good, user can always drop us an email on support@dealmegood.com for a complete refund explaining difficulty in claiming.

Payment Details
You agree, understand, undertake and confirm that the credit/debit card details provided by You for making payments for deals/ Coupons purchased through Website, either through the on-line payment gateway mechanism will be correct, current, complete and accurate and you shall not use the credit card/ debit card or any other bank account which is not lawfully owned by you. The aforesaid information provided by You will not be shared by DealMeGood with any of the third parties unless required by law, regulation or court order or for facilitating and completing the purchases made by You. DealMeGood will not be responsible for any financial loss, inconvenience or mental agony resulting from misuse of your ID/password/credit card number/account details in anyway.
